Bajoo Fashion House Impresses Japanese Visitor

Bandar Seri Begawan- Bajoo Fashion House impressed Mr. Akihiro Miwa with its trendy designs when it hosted the Japanese delegate from Jetro (Japan External Trade Organization) at its shop yesterday.

Jetro Business Development Director Mr. Miwa visited Bajoo as part of a two-day trip on Development & Export Promotion of Brunei Handicraft Products initiated by the Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources.

The project aimed to allow the Japanese delegate a chance to gain inside knowledge on the local company and its products, and also to further analyze how these local products can be exported to Japan.

"Bajoo is an exclusive fashion house based in Brunei Darussalam offering a luxury for fashion with our chic and stylish lifestyle brand," explained Bajoo Fashion House Executive Marketing Manager Hj Suhaili bin Ibrahim.

"Our products range from tailoring, embroidery, batik and handicraft, and Bajoo is now stretching its wings by looking attire traditional weaving industry - Kain Tenunan," said Hj Suhaili.

"We have exported our finished products to Malaysia and the Philippines, and with Mr. Miwa here, we are also looking at venturing into the Japanese market," he added.

Also present were Hajah Asmah Haji Saman, the Director of Promotion and Facilitation Services Division, Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources; Dr Mary Lim, Managing Director of Bajoo Fashion House; and Yunee Ng, the General Manager of Bajoo Fashion House. By Alex How
